The Supplement

It’s becoming more and more difficult these days to stay skinny. Our lifestyles have become more and more busy and the type of work that most people do these days involve sitting in front of the computer for most of the day. Because of our busy schedule fast food has become one of the major staples of an American diet. Their is constant easy access to sugary sweets that sit waiting in a vending machine that is always open for service. A 32oz soda costs less than a bottle of water. With so many temptations and a relatively low energy lifestyle it is no wonder that the rate of obesity in the United States is skyrocketing out of control. If you are like me you might wonder if you really have the will power to try and reverse the trend of gaining weight each year.

Having The Will Power

For me the will power was hard to come by. To talk myself into exercising was like dragging my teenage daughter out of bed each morning for school. I just didn’t have the time and if I did I sure didn’t want to spend it making myself even more tired after such a busy day of work. Cutting out some of the bad foods that I ate was a little easier, but it still didn’t seem like I had the time to cook healthy foods.

It wasn’t until my weight started to get real bad that I finally forced myself to confront the issue of being 75lbs over weight (possibly 100lbs in all honesty). I felt embarrassed to go out in public and the way people looked at me made me disappointed and upset at myself. I decided to talk with my doctor about getting a prescription medication to help me with my problems. It helped me lose a few pounds but the cost and the side effects that I had from the prescription medication just wasn’t worth it. Seeing that dietayr supplements seem to help some people out, I started the ever daunting search of diet pills on the Internet. I probably used about 50 different ones. After getting stung once with the free trial one’s I avoided those all together. Once I started looking into what some of the better diet pills I contained, I started making better choices. When I found a few that seemed to help me lose some weight and give me a little more energy I started a plan.

Finding A Supplement

Because I worried a little about how a supplement might effect my health, I didn’t want to have to take one consistently. I started to use a cycle of using and not using weight loss pills. I would use a weight loss pill for 2 months then go off of it for 2 months. Once I started back up I would start up with one of the other supplements that had helped me out in the past. This helped my body to not become too dependant on supplements but also made it so that my body didn’t become use to what I was taking and stop the effects of the diet pill. Each time I start a cycle I have a new plan of exercise and diet. This helps me to not get too bored of one type of exercise or diet. After the 2 months is up I get a break for 2 months. I try to continue my healthy lifestyle but I don’t force myself as hard. The weight loss has been fairly steady I usually lose 5 to 10lbs with each cycle. I usually gain back about 2 to 4lbs during my break but at least the overall trend is downward.

Some of the best supplements that I have used work in a number of ways to help me out. First off all of them help give me energy so that it is a little easier to get up and work out. One of the best weight loss pills I use works as an appetite suppressant. In the end it is not just the diet pill that helps me lose weight but also the exercise and discipline of not eating sweets.
